PRODUCTION
Some items begin production after your order is placed. Product may take upwards of 5 days to produce and ship. Please be patient.
DELIVERY
Most items are shipped via UPS and will include tracking. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. If an item is shipped via a different carrier it will be noted in the description. Shipping and handling fees are based on various factors and are not fixed. They will vary according to total weight of the shipment and orders placed. We advise you to group your items in one order. As we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. There is always a risk of damage when shipping an item, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects, we use amply sized boxes and do our best to ensure your items are well-protected.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Please, taking a moment to double check the order size and options before placing the order. If you have a unique situation, that needs to be addressed, you may contact us to appeal this policy. We reserve the right to appeal of deny your request.
